The first phase of this home renovation focuses on adding character and functionality to the laundry room and living room.
Starting with the living room, this fireplace wall began as painted drywall begging to be brought to life with millwork, stone, and a statement custom mantle. Purposeful storage was one of our top priorities to store toys, games, books, and TV remotes.
Moving into this small but mighty laundry room, we needed to be strategic with space planning and storage to allow for laundry, mudroom, and a dog washing station all in one. We added a gorgeous apron sink (designed and measured completely around Lola), and added layers of colour, patterns and millwork.
