This is a completely virtual service, where we'll require measurements and existing photos of the space from you, the client, and you'll receive a final E-Design Package at the end of this process, including concepts and layouts, mood boards, and product recommendations.​

We work with you from the initial concept to the design development and construction phase to ensure a seamless approach. From space planning and selections to required permit packages and construction coordination with trades and vendors, we take care of every step.

Our Process
Onboarding
​We begin with a design questionnaire where you can share your style preferences, project scope, budget, and expectations. From there, we schedule a complimentary 30-minute discovery call to dive deeper into your vision, priorities, and how you live in your space. This step lays the foundation for a design that is tailored to you and your lifestyle.
Initial Planning
With a clear understanding of your goals, we gather inspiration and create mood boards to establish the overall direction. We outline the project scope, budget, and expectations, then develop a preliminary floor plan layout to ensure the design aligns with your needs from the start.
Design Development
Once the concept is set, we translate ideas into detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings. This stage allows you to visualize the design in full, while also providing the clarity needed for construction and decision-making. At this stage, we also review selections for finishes, fixtures, and materials, so your contractor can provide accurate quotes.
Technical Package and Procurement

This is where we bridge the gap between design and execution. We prepare a comprehensive in-house construction and permit package, including all drawings and specifications needed for trades, vendors, and city approvals, while collaborating closely with trusted engineers. At this stage, millwork and all finishes, fixtures, and materials are ordered and sourced. Deliveries are coordinated, and we collaborate with contractors and vendors to integrate procurement seamlessly with construction. Your contractor will receive a full project binder before construction starts.

Consider this stage your on-site support! We oversee the construction phase, coordinating with contractors and trades, and conducting site visits at key milestones to resolve issues and ensure the design is executed seamlessly and on schedule. At the same time,
