We took this builder-grade home and turned a few rooms into dream spaces for our clients. We started with the unfinished basement, which transformed into a family hub, adding a living area, large bedroom, full bathroom, and plenty of storage - which ultimately provided a whole new usable floor. We leaned into natural finishes, timeless textures, and layered lighting.

Similarly to the basement design, we carried those same wishlist items into the primary ensuite (check out the before photos below for this incredible transformation). The main objective of this space was to create a more functional purpose while brightening up the existing dark appearance. We swapped the large corner tub and tiny corner shower to create an open-concept wet room.
